We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct towards our staff, trainers, or fellow students and franchise partners. Any individual engaging in such behavior will face immediate expulsion from the program without a refund.

Similarly, false accusations or defamatory statements claiming our courses or franchise program are scams will not be tolerated. Such actions will result in immediate termination of enrollment or franchise agreements without recourse.

Commitment to Professionalism
Students and franchisees are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, adhere to local regulations, and operate within the guidelines provided in our training and support materials. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including expulsion or the revocation of the franchise license.

Liability Disclaimer
While we provide comprehensive training and support for both TEFL courses and franchise operations, we are not liable for any losses incurred due to negligence, market conditions, or failure to follow the proven system. All decisions made in the operation of a franchise or use of course materials are the sole responsibility of the individual.

Transferability of Franchise License
Franchise licenses are lifetime and fully transferable. Franchisees may sell or transfer their license at any time, provided the new owner meets our eligibility criteria and agrees to our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Students and franchisees will be notified of any significant changes in advance. Continued participation in the courses or franchise program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
